Writing Recomendations N.C

45% of people have a weight problem. It comes from eating and not doing excercise as well. If we don't stop it, people will be fatter.
One recomendation to reduce the problem is to go on a diet and do excercise.
They can also stop eating sweets and start eating vegetables, fish... and going to the gym every day. In two months they won't have this problem.
