RECOMMENDATIONS BY K.G.G

-The weight problem is a seriously problem.this problem is caused by lay peolpe,are

people who don't play sports and people who don't eat well. We need to stop this 

problem because it can go from bad to worse.

-To solve this problem we can practise a lot of sports (football,basketball,baseball...)

and go running ,walking ,riding a bike...We can do different things to be stronger and

athletic.

-Also,to solve this problem you have to eat healthy food 

(fruits,vegetables,potatoes...). And, very important, don't watch a lot the TV,laptop,

tablets...
